Setup Vectorworks

Step 1: Request Your Educational License

• Go to customers.vectorworks.net/education.
• Create a Vectorworks Customer Portal account (if you don't already have one).
• Request a new educational license.
  • When asked for your graduation date, enter the end date of your course.

  • Your license will remain valid for 3 months after your course ends.

Step 2: Submit Proof of Enrolment

• Upload your Joining Instructions email (the email confirming your course name and dates).
• If needed, also upload a screenshot of your completed payment from the UAL website — it must show:
  • Your name
  • Your course title
  • Payment summary ("Order Complete")

Step 3: Download and Install Vectorworks

• Once approved, go to your Vectorworks Portal account → Licenses tab.
• Download Vectorworks Design Suite 2024 and note your serial number.
• You can also request earlier versions (2021, 2022, or 2023) if needed.
