Develop a Pop-Up Shop Concept
Completion requirements
This activity invites you to bring together everything you’ve learned to create a fully realised pop-up shop. Just like pitching to a brand or client, you’ll present a clear, creative concept that showcases your layout, display, and visual storytelling skills.
Task Instructions
1. Draft a Pop-Up Shop Concept (200–300 words)
Your concept should loosely explain:
- The theme or story of your pop-up
- The products you’re showcasing and why
- How your layout, display, hotspots, and planogram work together
- How the design engages customers and supports the brand
2. Visualise Your Concept
Include initial visuals, sketches, or mock-ups to show:
- Your window display: focal point, colour scheme, message
- A store layout plan: flow, key zones
- Identified hotspots and how they guide the customer journey
- A simple planogram: product arrangement and grouping
